INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN’S PAGEANT ENTRY FORM

Pageant Date: April 4, 2020 Registration Deadline: March 15, 2020
This form is only for the following age divisions:
Pretty Baby Girl (0-11 months)
Pretty Baby Boy (0-11 months)
Tiny Miss Ducky (12-23 months)
Tiny Mr. Ducky (12-23 months)
Little Miss Ducky (2-3 years)
Little Mr. Ducky (2-4 years)
Petite Miss River Festival (4-5 years)
Tiny Miss River Festival (6-7 years)
Little Miss River Festival (8-10 years)

The winners of these titles will assist in representing Ronceverte during the Ronceverte River Festival, June 12-13 2020.

Optional Titles that will be awarded include:
Overall Best Personality
Overall Most Ducky
Overall Most Photogenic
(Please bring an 8x10 or 5x7 portrait to compete)
Winners will receive a Crown, Sash, and Special Gift.
Entry Fees:
$45 for pageant entry
Please include 1 entry form for each child.
Optional Titles are not included with your entry fee.
Entry for Optional Titles is $7 each or all 3 for $15
