2021 Snow Queen's Pageant Online Registration

This Pageant is open to the entire state of West Virginia and surrounding counties in Virginia. The Snow Queen Pageant is not sanctioned by West Virginia Fairs and Festivals, and will not qualify you to compete for state titles. That being said, there are some requirements, regardless of where you may live. We require all winners to make an appearance at the Ronceverte Volunteer Fire Department's Christmas Stocking Giveaway in order to receive their prizes. It's been a tradition from the beginning, and we want to keep that going. Winners are also respectfully requested to appear in the Ronceverte River Festival Parade in June, and if possible, in next year's Christmas Parade.

Contestants will be competing in 3 different age categories for a total of 6 different titles.

Ages 8 to 15 - The Ice Prince and Princess

Ages 16 to 21 - The Snow King and Queen

Ages 55 and up - Mr. and Mrs. Claus

The Prince and Princess will each receive a VISA Gift Card equal to the amount of their winning vote total.

The King and Queen will receive a Scholarship Check in an amount equal to the count of their own winning votes. This means if the winner has 250 votes, they receive a check in the amount of $250. The same rule applies if they receive 2500 votes ($2500). This prize is only limited by the total of the winner's vote score.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus will receive really ugly Christmas sweaters to keep, and a donation will be made to the Ronceverte non-profit or organization of their choice in the amount of their winning votes.

Contestants will not be competing as couples. Each title will be awarded individually.

Registration begins November 1, 2021 and will continue through November 28, 2021. No late entries will be accepted. Contestants must be the required age for each category on December 1, 2021. In order to ensure that everyone entered actually wants to take part in this Pageant, there is a registration process and a small fee. Contestants must fill out the registration form and return it with a $5 registration fee and a picture (of the contestant) by November 28, 2021.

Voting will be open to the public and will be entirely online for this event. Voting will run from December 1, 2021 until December 20, 2021. Each vote will be $1. Winners will be announced December 22, 2021.

You may pay your registration online by clicking the PAY NOW button on the PAGEANT page at roncevertewv.org, or you may pay by check. Checks should be made out to Ronceverte River Festival Pageants and sent to the following address: Ronceverte River Festival Pageants 2399 Vago Rd. Frankford WV 24938. BE sure to include your name with any payment sent.

Pictures may be sent to the address above with your registration, or may be emailed to ronceverteriverpageatns@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name with any picture sent.
