There are 5 categories for Queen, Teen & Jr. Teen Contestants that will be judged by a panel of judges to determine the titleholders.
Private Judges Interview – Contestants will be interviewed by the judges prior to the start of the pageant. Contestants should wear a suit or nice dress for the interview.
Personal Promo - *Jr Teen Contestants may choose to introduce themselves using first name and contestant number*
Teen and Miss Contestants will perform an on stage 30 second commercial about themselves. All contestants will need jeans and choice of footwear; we will provide a pageant t-shirt.
Sense of Style Competition – This category requires a nice outfit that represents the contestant’s sense of style/personality. Miss and Teen contestants often choose to wear a cocktail dress. It should fit well, look nice, be tasteful, and eye-catching. This portion is judged on stage during the pageant. *Jr. Teen contestants should wear an outfit that is age appropriate and shows their personality. One example would be an outfit you would wear to a wedding or special family event.
Evening Gown Competition – We strongly suggest a floor length gown for Miss and Teen contestants. Your choice of gown should complements you and be something you feel confident wearing. *Jr. Teen contestants can wear a knee length, tea length or floor length gown or party dress.
On-Stage Interview – will do an interview consisting of a question(s). Evening gowns will be worn for the on-stage interview. *
Photogenic - This segment does not determine any of the titles. Photos will be judged by an outside panel of judges/photographers for this award prior to the pageant. Please submit an 8 x 10 or 5 x 7 headshot photo with your pageant application.
