Vendor Information and Application

    The 31st Annual Ronceverte River Festival will be held June 7-10, 2018. Vendors of all types are welcome to apply, but space will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that 2 vendors apply with similar items or food, the first vendor will receive preference. All applications must be received by June 1st. Applicants with duplicated products will be notified and their fees refunded.

    At this time we're pretty set for food vendors, but you can still apply. If we can't use you this year, we will add you to our database and contact you next year. All food vendors will be required to have a West Virginia Vendors License on site. All food vendors must comply with West Virginia and Greenbrier County Health Dept. requirements. All food vendors must have liability insurance. Proof of Insurance can be sent with your application or presented before the Festival date. Vendors who have not presented Proof of Insurance will not be allowed to set up. We do get visited and inspected by the Health Department, so be ready. Food vendors are required to stay for all 4 days of the event and must be set up and ready to go by 6PM June 7th.

    Retail vendors have the choice of staying for the full 4 days, or have the option of joining us for individual days. Preference for space will be given to 4 day vendors, and should we have too many applicants for daily vending, prepaid vendors will receive preference. Space is rented as a 10'x10' square. More than 1 space can be reserved for 1 vendor. Pricing for retail vendors is $20 for the 4 day event per space, or $10 per day per space for daily vendors. Should a daily vendor choose to stay an additional day, you will be charged another $10 when you inform us. If you agree to stay 4 days, you must stay 4 days. Everyone else will be charged on a daily basis.

Electricity and water can be provided where available. Please note, it is not available everywhere. Be sure to let us know what your requirements will be. All vendors will be required to be open for business for the following hours: Thursday (June 7) 6-11PM, Friday (June 8) 11AM-11PM, Saturday (June 9) 11AM-11PM, Sunday (June 10) 11AM-11PM.

    Vehicle traffic for vendors is limited to the following times: Thursday - before 5 PM, Friday-Sunday - before 11AM. After those hours, vehicles will not be allowed in the festival area. If you are setting up as a daily vendor you must be finished setting up and have your vehicle removed by 11AM. If you are a daily vendor leaving, you must wait until after 11PM to bring in a vehicle. If you cannot adhere to those times, please reconsider applying.

    We want this to be an enjoyable and profitable event for everyone, but safety is our first concern. 

The following items are prohibited for sale:
Alcohol
Fireworks of any sort
X-rated items
Silly string
Guns
Toy guns
The River Festival Committee reserves the right to add to this list at any time.
