Vendor Information and Application

  The 2025 Ronceverte River Festival will be held June 13 and 14.

The full schedule for the event may be found on the Festival page. Vendors of all types are welcome to apply, but space will be awarded on a first payment basis. In the event that 2 vendors apply with similar items the first vendor to pay will receive preference. All applications must be received by June 1st. Applicants with duplicated products will be notified and their fees refunded.

ALL VENDORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THE ANNUAL RONCEVERTE VENDORS PERMIT. YOU MAY GET THIS PERMIT AT CITY HALL (304-647-5455). VENDORS WITHOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP.

The following information is for retail and craft vendors:

ITEMS PROHIBITED:
ALCOHOL—FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND—X-RATED
ITEMS—SILLY STRING—GUNS or TOY GUNS—KNIVES with
blades longer than 6 inches– FOOD or DRINKS - TABACCO and E-cigs or VAPING PRODUCTS.

You may bring your vehicle to your spot for restocking each day but
it MUST BE MOVED by ½ hour prior to opening each day and can
return at closing each day for safety reasons.

Should you decide to leave early, you may pack and go, but NO VEHICLE will be allowed during event hours under any circumstances.

You MUST keep your area clean and well maintained.
The Ronceverte River Festival, the Festival Committee, City of
Ronceverte, Ronceverte Volunteer Fire Department, Alderson
Volunteer Fire Department or any other person or persons involved
will not be responsible for any injuries, damages or loss of your
property.
You MUST agree to the rules by signing your application when
submitting payment. Spots will be assigned on a first come first
served basis.

Vendors MUST agree to the following:

• Follow the hours of operation set by the committee

• Abide by the rules and regulations of the Ronceverte River Festival

• In no way hold the Festival, the Festival Committee, the City of Ronceverte, Ronceverte Volunteer Fire Department, Alderson Volunteer Fire Department, or any other party involved liable for any injury, damages, or loss of property

• Maintain the area of your stand and keep it as clean as possible
